Center, in its development of such a plan. Incorporated into the
plan are comments received from the multiple community forums held
dealing with such issues as job development, affordable housing,
historic preservation, contextual zoning, open space and
transportation enhancements. The plan passed the
Department of City Planning’s “Threshold Review” and is scheduled to
